Our vat room, with a capacity of 13,200 hectoliters, is made up of tanks ranging from 30 to 400 hl.
11,140 hectoliters are stored in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and 2,060 hectoliters in underground tanks.
This versatile storage system allows us to isolate the product from each plot in the best possible way. The wide range of wines thus obtained, such as a painter's palette, allows for complex blending techniques that reflect both our identity and the nobility of our terroir.
The consistency of the quality of our wines is the direct consequence of the modernity of our equipment and our long proven expertise:
Sorting of the harvest at the plot on the latest generation New-Holland harvesting machines.
Second sorting in the cellar on a Delta-Trio table.
115 hl pneumatic pressing under inert gas.
Cold pre-fermentation maceration.
Thermo vinification by tubular exchangers.
Automatic regulation of fermentation and tank storage temperatures adapted to each wine profile.
Micro oxygenation by Kreyer automaton.
Aging on lees (lies in French).
Filtrations on diatoms and cellulose plates.
Bottling at the property (Costral and Albagnac bottling line).
Drinking alcohol may be hazardous to your health.
